If you cook your own food, you know what ingredients you used and it is easy to answer this question. If you buy ready meals or pretty much any other processed food, you have no idea unless you have a look at the nutritious facts, usually ‘hidden’ at the back of the packaging. And if you do have a look, you will be surprised how much sugar you are eating every day.
