1Peel the orange, apple and banana
2Cut the fruit into chunks and remove the pips
3Add to the Mixing Bowl and chop 30 sec. / Speed 5
4Scrape down the sides and add the yoghurt and fruit juice
5Mix 20 sec. / Speed 10
Please note: While most recipes are designed for the TM5 and TM31, some might not fit the older Thermomix model. The TM31 has a lower Mixing Bowl capacity (2 litres) and a smaller Varoma (3 litres).
