1Pre-heat the oven to 220 °C (check our oven temp. guide to find the right temperature for fan and gas ovens)
2Add the milk and eggs and stir for 15 sec. / Speed 4
3Add the butter, flour, custard powder, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix for 1 min. / Speed 4
4Prepare a small baking tray (approx. 40 x 30 cm) with some baking paper. Make sure that the sides are fully covered so no dough will leak underneath
5Pour the dough onto the tray
6Peel the apple and cut into slices. Place the slices on the dough
7Bake for 20-25 min. until golden brown
8Enjoy either plain or with some cinnamon-sugar or jam!
Please note: While most recipes are designed for the TM5 and TM31, some might not fit the older Thermomix model. The TM31 has a lower Mixing Bowl capacity (2 litres) and a smaller Varoma (3 litres).
