1Pre-heat your oven to 180 °C
2Add the flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar into the Mixing Bowl
3Mix 8 sec. / Speed 4
4Add the eggs, butter/oil, sparkling water and lemon juice to the mixture
5Mix 2 min. / Speed 4
6In the meantime grease a baking tin
7Pour the cake mixture into the baking tin and bake for 50 min
1Mix 150 g icing sugar with 2 Tbsp lemon juice until you have a smooth and runny icing
2Let the cake cool down a bit and pour the icing over the still warm cake. Let it soak in
3Enjoy your Lemon Drizzle Cake!
