1Chop the whole almonds for 4 sec. / Speed 6. Keep in a separate bowl for now
2Add the yeast and water and mix 2 min. / 37 °C / Speed 1 (if you use cold water, you might have to extend the time to reach 37 °C for at least a minute)
3Add the flour, salt and vinegar and Knead / 3 min.
4Add the crushed almonds and seeds and Knead for another 3 min.
5In the meantime pre-heat your oven at 200 °C, grease a loaf tin and add some rolled oats to the bottom of the tin if you like
6Move the sticky dough to the tin and sprinkle with the additional seeds
