1Deseed and cut the red pepper into chunks, add half of it and the remaining ingredients into the Mixing Bowl
2Chop / 4 sec. / Speed 7
3Scrape mixture down and repeat if you want it smoother (optional)
4Scrape down and Mix (reverse) / 5 sec. / Speed 3
5Enjoy with chilled with crackers, raw vegatables etc.
Please note: While most recipes are designed for the TM5 and TM31, some might not fit the older Thermomix model. The TM31 has a lower Mixing Bowl capacity (2 litres) and a smaller Varoma (3 litres).
