Strawberry Plum Jam

It's jam time! Making your own jam is super easy and just takes a few minutes. And as you can decide on the amount of sugar you want to use, it even is a much healthier version than buying it in your local supermarket.
- Prep: 5 mins
- Cook: 30 mins
- Yields: 3-4 Jars
1Deseed the plums and prepare the strawberries
2Place the fruits, lemon juice and jam sugar into the Mixing Bowl and blend for 5 sec. / Speed 6 (If you prefer a smoother jam, blend for 10 sec. / Speed 6)
3Place the Simmering Basket on top of the Mixing Bowl lid and cook for 30 min. / 90 °C / Speed 1
4Pour the hot jam into sterilised jars and seal immediately
5Turn the closed jars upside down for 10 min. before turning them back and letting them cool completely
6Enjoy with some freshly baked bread!
Please note: While most recipes are designed for the TM5 and TM31, some might not fit the older Thermomix model. The TM31 has a lower Mixing Bowl capacity (2 litres) and a smaller Varoma (3 litres).
