1Pre-heat your oven 180 °C (check our oven temperature guide for fan and gas oven temperatures)
2If you use spelt grain, grind them first for 1 min. / Speed 10.
3Sift the flour to remove any 'baby-unfriendly' bits and keep it in a separate bowl for now
4Peel the banana and mix for 5 sec. / Speed 5
5Add the flour, baking powder and soft butter and mix for 30 sec. / Speed 4
6The dough should be smooth and not sticky. Add some additional flour if needed
7Let the dough rest for 15 min.
8In the meantime prepare a flat surface with some flour and a baking tray with some baking paper
9Roll out the dough using a rolling pin (approx. 4-5 mm thick) and cut out the biscuits with your preferred cookie cutter
10Put the biscuits on the prepared baking tray and bake for 12-15 min.
Please note: While most recipes are designed for the TM5 and TM31, some might not fit the older Thermomix model. The TM31 has a lower Mixing Bowl capacity (2 litres) and a smaller Varoma (3 litres).
