1Wash and cut the leeks and add it together with the olive oil into the Mixing Bowl
2Cook 3 min. / Varoma / Reverse / Speed 1
3Peel the carrots and roughly chop them
4Scrape down the sides of the Mixing Bowl and add the carrots, chilli flakes, honey and bay leaf
5Cook 2 min. / Varoma / Reverse / Speed 1
6Add the water and vegetable stock and simmer for 30 min. / 95 °C / Speed 1
7Blend / 10 sec. / Speed 5
Please note: While most recipes are designed for the TM5 and TM31, some might not fit the older Thermomix model. The TM31 has a lower Mixing Bowl capacity (2 litres) and a smaller Varoma (3 litres).
