1Pre-heat oven 180°C (Fan)
2Add all ingredients into the Mixing Bowl
3Mix / 10 sec. / Speed 5
4Scrape down the sides and check if the dough is mixed properly
5Put the dough in your fridge and let it rest for around 30 min. (you can skip this step if you don’t have the time)
6Prepare a baking tray with baking paper
7Flour a flat work surface and roll out the dough until it is approx. 0.5 cm thick
8Use your favourite Christmas cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits. Place them on the prepared baking tray
9Bake for 10-15 min.
Please note: While most recipes are designed for the TM5 and TM31, some might not fit the older Thermomix model. The TM31 has a lower Mixing Bowl capacity (2 litres) and a smaller Varoma (3 litres).
